Margaret-Anne (MSc, RNT, RGN), CEO of Eden Social Care, is a proven leader. Prior to establishing the award winning Signacare Nursing Home Group, she worked as a Senior Manager in the acute hospital sector within the HSE in Quality, Audit and Compliance. She is passionate about the development of services for children in line with best national and international policy. Striving for excellence in the delivery of care through her leadership and experience.
Colin, a CORU-registered social care professional with a Level 8 B.A. in Applied Social Studies in Social Care, has over 15 years’ leadership experience across children’s and adult services, including Special Care, Residential, Foster Care, and Intellectual Disability. He’s a strategic, people-focused leader known for driving quality, compliance, and impactful change. Outside work, Colin enjoys supporting his kids at sports with his wife.
Ger holds a Higher Diploma in Arts in Applied Social Studies (Professional Social Care), an M.A. in English, and a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology. With 8 years of experience, Ger has worked directly with vulnerable young people and managed teams in various care settings. He is dedicated to maintaining best practices and creating safe, nurturing environments for young people, ensuring compliance with Tusla standards. Outside work, Ger enjoys sports and follows Munster Rugby and Limerick GAA.
