As a key member of the care team, you will contribute to the assessment and planning of individualised support packages, including Placement Plans and Individual Crisis Support Plans (ICMP’s) and work directly with young people to build trusting relationships, teach new life skills, and manage emotional and behavioural challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
This post involves working shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights, to ensure 24-hour care is consistency provided.

As a Support Worker within Eden Social Care, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to young people living in our residential services. Working closely with the Social Care Leaders and Management Team, you will help implement Care Plans, support daily living routines, and provide a safe and nurturing environment where each young person can develop to their full potential.
This is a shift-based role, including evening, weekend, overnight, and waking nights, requiring flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to person-centred care.
