The Service Manager is responsible for the care provided to the young people residing in an Eden Social Care house and for managing the staff who deliver this care. The role ensures that the care meets company policies, procedures, and national regulations while maintaining a homely, clean, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for the children. As a key member of the Region’s Management Team, the Service Manager contributes to the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and systems related to all aspects of Eden Social Care operations.

The Deputy Manager will assist in providing services aimed at meeting the needs of children and young people in the care of Eden Social Care. This role involves supporting the Service Manager in all aspects of the house’s operations and managing the house in the Manager’s absence. The Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of Eden Social Care by working closely with the Service Manager to address all issues within the house.

The Administrative Assistant in Eden Social Care duties include managing daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organising documents. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.

They support the Services Manager/Deputy Manager in creating and maintaining a warm, therapeutic and valued led environment where young people can feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

As a key member of the care team, you will contribute to the assessment and planning of individualised support packages, including Placement Plans and Individual Crisis Support Plans (ICMP’s) and work directly with young people to build trusting relationships, teach new life skills, and manage emotional and behavioural challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

This post involves working shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights, to ensure 24-hour care is consistency provided.

The Support Worker plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day care and therapeutic development of children and young people living in Eden Social Care homes. You will work collaboratively with your team to provide consistent, compassionate, and child-centred care using Eden’s Model of Care and trauma-informed practices.

As a Support Worker within Eden Social Care, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to young people living in our residential services. Working closely with the Social Care Leaders and Management Team, you will help implement Care Plans, support daily living routines, and provide a safe and nurturing environment where each young person can develop to their full potential.

This is a shift-based role, including evening, weekend, overnight, and waking nights, requiring flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to person-centred care.
